Extended paper abstract of about 500 words should be submitted online via https://confspace.id/conference/icsema by 26th February 2025 for early bird submission and 25th June 2025 for regular submission.

The abstract should encompass the following components: background information, data and methodology, potential contributions, and a list of keywords. Both the abstract and the full paper must be submitted in English.

The paper sessions are conducted in a seminar format for each individual paper, allowing for sufficient time for discussion and enabling participants to offer constructive feedback to the authors. The presentations of papers will be conducted in the English language.
