Partner universities can become Co-Hosts with the condition of paying a conference fee of Rp6,000,000 (six million Indonesian rupiah) for six articles, payable online, or Rp18,000,000 (eighteen million Indonesian rupiah) for offline submission without additional commitment fees. However, if a partner submits more than six articles, additional commitment fees will apply as per the prevailing regulations. Minimum 6 Presenters for co-host. Sponsorship
Sponsors for this conference are available in various forms, including sole sponsorship, primary sponsorship, co-sponsorship, and supporting sponsorship. All forms of sponsorship will prominently display the name of the company/institution in all event materials.
| Sole Sponsor The sole sponsor shall bear 100% of the costs. No other sponsors are permitted. |
| Primary Sponsor The primary sponsor shall bear 60% of the costs. The organizing committee may invite additional sponsors. |
