We are pleased to invite you to submit your article for consideration at The 1st ICSEMA 2025. Please carefully review the following instructions to ensure that your submission adheres to the conference guidelines.
- Submission Process
- All articles must be submitted electronically through the conference submission portal by 25th June 2025.
- Each submission should include a complete manuscript, including an abstract, keywords, main content, and references.
- Article Format
- Manuscripts should be written in English and formatted according to the conference template, which can be downloaded here.
- The article must not exceed 8000 words, including figures and references.
- Use Calibri and 11 size for the body text and ensure that headings and subheadings follow the provided style guide.
- References should be formatted according to the American Psychology Association 7th edition.
- Abstract and Keywords
- Include an abstract of no more than 250 words that summarizes the key points of your article.
- Provide 3 to 5 keywords that will help index your article for the conference.
- Figures and Tables
- Ensure all figures and tables are numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.) and placed within the text where appropriate.
- High-quality images and graphs should be included as separate files with appropriate captions.
- Peer Review Process
- All submissions will undergo a peer review process. Authors will be notified of acceptance, revision requests, or rejection by TBA.
- Please be prepared to revise your article according to reviewer feedback.
